Joseph is an innovator and a practical Hairdresser.
His work has been recognized internationally through several publications as well as Intercoiffures master colorist group. Founder of genacelli and the east studio salons in Chicago, Joseph is the Creative Director and continually works behind the chair.
Known for his vision and leadership in education Joseph has created classes based on the needs of the working professional. From the art behind the chair ( a comprehensive approach to a consultation), the Razors Edge (two methods of razor cutting) and TAYLOR MADE ( men’s cutting and styling). These insightful journeys have help many hairdressers and educators reach a higher level of excellence
Robin has been engaging audiences nationally, presenting the latest trends and solid adaptable techniques. Her work has been seen in over 70 countries and several publications. Sought after for her down to earth approach to hairdressing she has worked with several companies strengthening their educational curriculum and presentations. Engaging and realistic, Robins work from the runway to behind the chair is insightful and inspirational.
Eli Mancha – Artistic Director / Trend Division
Sincerity and scary raw talent are 2 attributes not regularly found in your average person. Eli on the other hand is no average stylist. For over 15 years, Eli has proved himself to be one of the best hairstylist/educators in the industry. Not only has he been a world class platform artist educating thousands of stylists, he was also honored with the industry’s most prestigious award as 2011 North American Hairstylist of the year (NAHA). As artistic director for Lock and Loaded, Eli can be found training/mentoring stylists in the art of men’s sculpting.
Creative Director of Ladies and Gentlemen Salons, is a North American Hairstyling Awards(NAHA) winner and 5x finalist and (NAHA) International Stylist of the year nominee for 2014.Sal has been trained by many of the best stylist in the Industry including but not limited to, Mark Hayes, Antoinette Beenders, Stephen Moody, Allen Ruiz, David Adams, and Lupe Voss.Sal is considered one the top 30 colorist under 30 in the country. His work can be seen globally in trade magazines and fashion events. Sal can be found at the Chicago L&G salon as well as on set for photo shoots, and back stage at fashion week.
As Director of Education for Carabito Corporation and respected educator for Chromastics Hair Color, Caitlin Maddan quickly rose to the ranks of a proficient and professional educator by demonstrating her skill and expertise as a colorist at prestigious salons in Boston and throughout Maine. She is becoming known in this industry as a “rising star” with incredible talent and enthusiasm. After traveling around the country to work closely with salon owners and hairstylists; her love for sharing
knowledge has become her top priority while her passion has intensified for the art of cosmetology.
She continues to share that enthusiasm with the salons she helps.
